Dave Byl, Operations Manager, American Ambulance of Visalia

Dave Byl is the Operations Manager for American Ambulance of Visalia. As a licensed paramedic for over 24 years, Dave has extensive experience in Emergency Medical Services related to training, operations, administration, budgeting, and deployment. While primarily focused on daily operations and general administration of ambulance services, Dave has experience with EMS education, basic and advanced life support multi casualty management, and has been instrumental in assisting Tulare County Health and Human Services with COVID-19 management. When not working, Dave loves to BBQ with friends and family and compete in local BBQ competitions.


Robert DeBruin, Director of Marketing & Development, Elite Corporate Medical Services Inc.

I graduated with a degree that provided me with a strong base in computer science, nurtured in the tech-centric atmosphere of Silicon Valley, before making my way to Tulare County. In my current role as the Director of Marketing and Development at Elite Corporate Medical Services Inc., I've spearheaded the marketing department for more than four years. My focus has been on crafting and implementing innovative branding strategies and campaigns that highlight our company's unique selling points and competitive advantages. Outside of work, I'm dedicated to contributing to the community through various volunteer efforts. Presently, I hold the position of board chair on the board of directors for Central Valley Recovery Services.


Bridget Ellis, Administrative Coordinator, World Wide Sires; Enchanted Playhouse Theatre Company

Bridget Ellis has worked at World Wide Sires, an international agriculture company based in Visalia, for 12 years. Outside of work, she has dedicated countless hours raising more than $300,000 for the American Cancer Society through Relay For Life. In the last four years, she has also raised over $35,000 for Enchanted Playhouse Theatre Company, a nonprofit community theatre group, and sold many sponsorships and donations for local schools and youth sports. Fundraising for these groups is a way for Bridget to preserve spaces in our community for friends, family and fellow residents to be cared for and feel included.


Reggie Ellis, CEO & Publisher, Mineral King Publishing

Reggie Ellis is an award-winning journalist who has covered Valley news for 30 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from San Diego State University and is currently the CEO of Mineral King Publishing and publisher of its two weekly newspapers The Sun-Gazette and the Mid Valley Times. Under his leadership, The Sun-Gazette has transformed itself from a small, community newspaper to a regional newspaper covering Tulare County and the Mid Valley Times from a floundering community newspaper to a flourishing vertical print operation.


Karishma Fazalbhoy, Supervising Staff Services Analyst, Tulare County Probation

I am a resident of Tulare County for the past 20+ years. I was born in India and immigrated to the United States. My background is in the field of Business Administration and I graduated with a Bachelors from California State University, Fresno. I feel honored to call myself a dedicated public servant as I continue to work for the County of Tulare (currently on my 18th year). In the past, I have worked in various fields within the County of Tulare: Human Resources, Grievance reviews, Civil rights, Budget tracking, and Contracts Management. Currently, I work for the County of Tulare-Probation department and I supervise their Quality Improvement Unit that focuses on Data Analytics and Contracts Management. I am a Rotarian (part of the Visalia County Center Rotary service club) and a Board member at the United Way of Tulare County. In my free time, I enjoy listening to TED Talks, Zumba dancing, and shopping. 


Lindy Gligorijevic, Chief of Investigations, Tulare County District Attorney’s Office

Since 1985, Lindy Gligorijevic has served California residents behind the badge. For 20 years, Lindy was a police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department where she worked in patrol in Hollywood, Rampart, 77th Division and investigated homicides, sex crimes, and robbery as detective in Foothill and West Valley Divisions.  In 2007, Lindy became a TCDA investigator and was sworn in as Tulare County’s first female District Attorney Chief Investigator in 2015. As Chief, Lindy oversees over 40 police officers and 30 civilians in the Bureau of Investigations.

Lindy is a sought-after instructor and has leant her law enforcement expertise to numerous television shows including the 5-part Discovery ID series “The Killer Closer” that chronicled her homicide investigations while with the LAPD. She is also the author of two novels inspired by her experiences as a homicide detective.

The passion for art and expression never waned, and you can often find Lindy behind an easel or camera in Tulare County’s scenic Sierra foothills taking photographs of wildlife. 

“Police work is an honorable profession,” Lindy said. “I wanted a career of consequence, and there is nothing more consequential than helping people and being of service. I feel very fortunate and humbled to lead the men and women of the Bureau of Investigations.”


 Oriana Groppetti, National Sales & Senior Account Manager, Momentum Broadcasting

Oriana Groppetti is the National Sales and Senior Account Manager at Momentum Broadcasting and represents a robust digital media portfolio as well as four local radio stations: 106.7 KJUG Country, 99.7 Classic Rock, HiTZ 104.9 and My 97.5. She works closely with national, regional and local advertisers to help them reach quality customers in the Tulare and Kings and Southern Fresno County areas. Oriana has an immense knowledge of how traditional and digital media work together to elevate a brand and capture market share.

 Oriana settled in Visalia after graduation from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Over the past twenty years, Oriana has become known within the local community not only for her creativity and expertise in leading her clients’ marketing campaigns but is also heavily involved in local non-profits and service clubs.  Oriana has served on numerous boards and committees in the area and is currently serving on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sequoias, Visalia County Center Rotary, Vice President of CityServe Tulare-Kings and is the Immediate Past President of Networking for Women of Visalia. When, “OG,” as her friends call her, is not at her office, a board meeting or one of the numerous activities her three children are involved in, she can usually be found at her home gardening, fixing or building something related to the several goats and chickens she keeps on the property.


Leslie Hayes, CEO, LOM Productions Weddings & Events, LLC

Leslie Hayes is an award-winning event planner and designer located in the central valley of California. She has been in the hospitality industry since 1991. A former Lead Purser of United Airlines she was hand selected as one of the inaugural leaders of the program, a designated team of flight attendants that tended to and managed the entire flight process, service flow and crew of wide-body aircrafts.

She is a leader in mindset development and followed the training and practices of such greats as Tony Robbins and Les Brown. Her leadership, self-awareness and positive mindset training gave her a chance to become a member of the top 2% of the sale force at Mary Kay Cosmetics, acquiring the position of Senior Sales Director and earning the use of two company cars. In her tenure as a Sales Director in California she also personally trained her unit of over 400 consultants and many others different regions. She spoke at several conferences and training programs sharing Mary Kay’s philosophy of “Enriching Women’s Lives.” It was more than just selling lipstick.

Her personal training program and goals of “Teaching Sales to the Non-Salesperson” was the foundation that she built on the social platform “Clubhouse.” She wasn’t teaching how to sell but was showing that having a positive attitude with confidence could help you achieve what you wanted even though it was sales, it wasn’t sales, you were selling yourself to be successful.

In the early 2000’s she opened Little Ol’ Me (LOM) Productions and became one of the original founders of Heart Spectacular Celebration Corporation whose purpose was to raise money for the education, training, and equipment for the Cardiac Services Program at Kaweah Health.

Under her design, management, and organizational skills her company produced an annual gala which raised over $2 million dollars for the program. At the end of its run the gala had an annual attendance of over 1200 guests for one evening. While creating and producing the fall gala she also organized an annual fundraiser in the spring called “From the Heart” where money was raised for non-profits across the valley predominantly in Tulare County

Leslie incorporated her company in 2021 and is now known as LOM Productions Weddings & Events, LLC. Today LOM Productions is known for colorful and elevated designs and occasions. They specialize in outdoor parties and events in private homes and are experts in designing venue spaces and tented affairs.


Darrin Hughes, Battalion Chief, Visalia Fire Department

Battalion Chief Darrin Hughes began his career with the Visalia Fire Department in January 1996.  He was promoted to the rank of Battalion Chief in 2012 and currently serves as the A-shift supervisor which is one of the three shifts in the department. Chief Hughes is a Certified State Fire Marshal Chief Officer and has his Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science Administration.  Chief Hughes was a participant of the 2014-15 Visalia Leadership program and then became a mentor in 2016 and has enjoyed meeting and mentoring other participants of the program.  He is married to his wife Kimberly and they have four children.     


Jason LeFaive, Executive Director, Spirit Radio

Jason LeFaive is the Executive Director of Spirit Radio and current Board Chair of Tucoemas Federal Credit Union. Jason has been a key part of non-profit organizations and instrumental in launching Seven Oaks Church in 2018 as the founding Lead Pastor. His ability to think strategically, network, and bring the big audacious ideas into reality has allowed him to be a catalyst for change alongside leaders in the local church, government, and Fortune 500 Executives in Africa, Europe, and North America. Jason has called Visalia home for over 30 years and married for 22 years. His wife, Alisha, is a medical professional and RN. Jason and Alisha, with their three daughters, love spending time at the beach, playing golf, raising a small farm, and living life together with Jesus as their anchor. 


Heather Marquez, Community Development, Compliance Services and Marketing Manager, Employer Driven Insurance Services (E.D.I.S.)

In her role at Employer Driven Insurance Services., Heather takes on the vital responsibility of actively engaging with the community to promote awareness of the services provided by E.D.I.S. and the other half of her role is managing and implementing compliance service clients.

As the youngest manager in a management team of ten, with ages ranging from the 40’s through the 70’s, Heather has a great understanding of both the rewards and the challenges of working alongside different generations.

Heather is an active member of the Visalia Chamber of Commerce, serving as an Ambassador and contributing to the local business community. In her personal pursuits, she organizes a running group for the sheer joy of it, reflecting her passion for the outdoors, including hiking, biking, and running.

Heather is not only a professional powerhouse but also a devoted parent, cherishing every opportunity to spend time with her college-bound son. Family and friends hold a special place in her life, and her commitment to achieving goals reflects a truly inspiring and goal-driven personality.


Rik McNeil, Program Director, Momentum Broadcasting

Rik McNeil is the Program Director and afternoon personality on KJUG COUNTRY, the longest running FM Country radio station in California. He is Central Valley born and raised, with stops in Las Vegas and Memphis before joining the KJUG team. Prior to programming, Rick’s background was morning radio and television. In his off-time, Rik’s focus is his family and animals. He enjoys spending time at home and traveling with family all over California with his rescued dog Olivia.


Paul Myers, Executive Editor & Vice President, Mineral King Publishing Inc.

Paul Myers is the Executive Editor and Vice President of Mineral King Publishing Inc. Mineral King Publishing owns The Sun-Gazette newspaper that covers Tulare County and the Mid Valley Times which covers southern Fresno County. Paul is also the host and editor of the weekly Paper Trail Podcast which began in 2017 and has logged nearly 500 episodes thus far. Paul and Mineral King Publishing is constantly seeking new and innovative ways to build a sustainable, free market, local news business model in order to preserve local news well into the future.


Shane Moss, Owner, Mulligans Indoor Golf Club

Raised most of his life in California, Shane Moss moved to Visalia from South Orange County in the fall of 2019. Before Mulligans, Shane has served as a pastor for almost 30 years working with students for the better portion of that time. Shane has been married going for 23 years and has two boys. While earning his Masters degree, Shane came to the realization that he’s a details guy, which has helped him make a career transition in launching a new business in Mulligans. Mulligans has been a 3 year labor of love and has taught Shane how to persevere through the many ups and downs of entrepreneurship, and the resolve to see an amazing idea to fruition.

Tosha Pequeno, Senior Branch Manager, Valley Strong Credit Union

Tosha Pequeño has worked for Valley Strong Credit Union for over 18 years, beginning with the High School Branch program at Ridgeview High in 2004. In July of 2020, Tosha relocated to Visalia from Bakersfield, having accepted a promotion to Senior Branch Manager to help lead the opening of Valley Strong’s branches in Tulare and Kings County. In this new role, Tosha’s primary focus is on outreach and developing strong roots within the community for mutual prosperity.  

Tosha is an intuitive leader, having attended the Bakersfield Leadership Program in 2020. She is heavily involved in the community, serving on several advisory committees and boards for the for education in Tulare and Kings County. She works closely with the Visalia Rawhide baseball team, International Ag Center, and is a Board Member for the Visalia Chamber of Commerce.  

Tosha has a passion for financial literacy, educating members, employees, and young minds alike about their endless financial possibilities. She has been a guest speaker/lecturer for various employment fairs, and classrooms for all ages, speaking on budgeting and how to establish good credit report behaviors.

During her tenure, Tosha has held seven positions respectively: Teller, Branch Trainer for New Hires, Loan Technician, Financial Service Officer, Senior Financial Service Officer, Branch Manager, and Senior Branch Manager. Her breadth of experience has been an invaluable asset to Valley Strong, enabling her to serve on multiple special committees within the organization. Most recently, Tosha served on the committee for the name change of Valley Strong from Kern Schools Federal Credit Union. Tosha has also been a resource for the Training Department, teaching new and existing team members on new processes, systems, and structure.

Tosha excelled in higher education at University of La Verne where she was inducted into the Alpha Chi – National College Academic Society, and where she graduated with magna cum laude honors in 2013. Tosha has one daughter, Cypris Nikole, who is 18 years old. Cypris is a junior at Golden West High School in Visalia.


Sam Ramirez, Founder & CEO, Revel Venues

Sam Ramirez is the founder of The Naxon Group and Revel Events Co, a hospitality development, and management company based in Visalia. He started his career as a front desk agent in a small golf resort hotel and fell in love with the industry and serving others. 

His range of experience has found him leading teams for boutique independent, full service, and select-service hotels.  He has spent time managing bars, restaurants, and even a nightclub for a stint. His projects have taken him throughout the US including major projects in Roseville, Portland, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver, and many others. After serving as Chief Operating Officer for a Salt Lake City-based firm, he started his own company 4 years ago and decided to make Visalia it’s home.

In 2019 he launched Bello Vita Venue, renovating the former Sons of Italy Hall into a premier indoor event venue. In June of 2020 he was part of the management team for the launch of The Darling Hotel, the first boutique hotel in Visalia. In the fall of 2020, he opened The Woodlands, a beautiful outdoor venue in northwest Visalia. And in 2023 he  has already added Watermill Grove (former Koetsier Ranch), The Mason in Exeter and most recently the former Lamp Liter Conference Center now branded as The Hyde. Sam has grown his venue portfolio to serve guests of all  needs. He has gown to add catering and bartending and event planning services to his group.

Sam has made it his goal to create some of the Valley’s most memorable event experiences from Food Fests, Movie Nights, Mothers’ Day Brunch, and many other public events that bring our community together. 


Alberto Ramos, Executive Director, CASA of Tulare County

Alberto Ramos is the Executive Director at CASA of Tulare County. He has 15 years of experience in non-profit work with children/families and 11 years with CASA. Alberto was born in Visalia, raised in Farmersville, and has lived in the area for most of his life. He received postsecondary education at CSU, Long Beach, and Fresno Pacific University. Alberto is passionate about his role as a father and husband, serving others, supporting emerging professionals, and being a life-long learner. He is serious when he has to be, yet most of the time, he is goofy. Alberto’s motto is, “Work hard but don’t forget to play.”


Eric Riley, CEO, Topograph & Executive Editor Lifestyle Magazine

Eric Riley has been a local leader in the marketing and design industry since 2003, with 20 years of marketing (agency and in-house) and leadership experience. Mr. Riley is the CEO/President of Topograph, a brand strategy and design agency. Topograph is a leading marketing firm in Tulare County and has been influential in the design and development of brands like, The Darling Hotel, Elderwood Restaurant, 1852 Visalia & BrewCo., 4Creeks, Buck Brand Citrus, Peterson Family Fruit, Nichols Farms and more. Mr. Riley is also the Executive Editor of Lifestyle Magazine, a local magazine focused on inspiring life throughout Tulare County. Eric was born and raised in Visalia, CA, graduating from Mt. Whitney High School and earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fresno State. His passion for helping businesses succeed, the community flourish and providing opportunities for young local talent has fueled his career growth and is the purpose behind his work.


Donn Ritter, Visalia Sunset Rotary

Donn Ritter has over 30 years of experience serving on multiple boards, including the Visalia Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Tulare County, and CASA of Tulare County. In addition, Donn charters Visalia Sunset Rotary and served as Charter President for two years. In his professional capacity, Donn was a UPS Manager/Supervisor for 30 years. His role consisted of Workforce Planning, Sales, Operations, and Human Resources. During his time, he trained well over 1,000 UPS Drivers. After a brief time of retirement, Donn returned to the workforce as the Campus President for San Joaquin Valley College, Visalia Campus for two years.

Donn has a BA from Fresno Pacific and a Masters degree from California School of Professional Psychology. He has been married to his wife, Frony Ritter for almost 41 years and has two grown sons, Getty and Cale. Donn was awarded Visalia Chamber of Commerce, Man of the Year in 2015.


Josh Rowlett, Assistant Chief Investigator, Tulare County District Attorney’s Office

Josh Rowlett began his TCDA career in 2001 as an investigator aide. He became a Criminal Investigator in 2007. A project-oriented investigator, he planned and implemented systems related to agricultural crime surveillance as part of the DA Agricultural Crimes Unit. As an expert in economic crimes and fraud, Rowlett also built the Bureau’s Forensic Fraud Unit. In 2017, Rowlett was promoted to Supervising Criminal Investigator (Sergeant).  During that time, he graduated from both the Los Angeles Police Department Leadership Program and the prestigious Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute while supervising the fraud unit. He was promoted to Assistant Chief Investigator in September, 2023.


Dedi Somavia, Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, Tulare County of Education

Dedi Somavia serves as the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources Development for Tulare County Office of Education. In her current role, she oversees the human resources department which includes recruitment, selection and assignments for all personnel, risk management, leaves, benefits and credentials. Dedi believes strongly in growing our young leaders through education and giving back to the community in which she was raised.

Dedi has devoted her life to being an educator. Prior to coming to TCOE, Dedi worked for Visalia Unified School District for 21 years in a variety of roles which included: Assistant Superintendent, HRD; Administrator, HRD; Elementary School Principal; Assistant Principal; curriculum coach and elementary school teacher. Dedi holds a Master of Arts Degree in Education, a Reading Specialist credential, a Clear Multiple Subject Teaching credential and an Administrative Services credential from CSU, Fresno.  Dedi was raised in Visalia and returned home shortly after getting married to start a family in the city she loves. She is married to her husband, Bryan and together they have two beautiful daughters, Sydney and Shelby.

Dedi is a member of the Leadership Visalia Steering Committee, Visalia County Center IMPACT Rotary Club, and serves as board president for both Visalia Police Activities League (PAL) and CityServe Tulare/Kings. 


JoeAnna Todd, Area Executive Vice President/Market Leader- Northern California, Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc.

JoeAnna Todd is a seasoned insurance industry professional with over two decades of experience in the employee benefits space. Having worked with groups of all size, she most recently supports public sector and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Area Executive Vice President and Market Leader in Northern California at Gallagher Benefit Services, JoeAnna is focused on driving new sales and supporting a team throughout the Central Valley, Sacramento, Bay Area, and Las Vegas.

With over a decade of leadership experience, JoeAnna has demonstrated her ability to lead and inspire her team to reach new heights. Her focus on driving and supporting sales has enabled her team to achieve outstanding results, and continue strong client retention. JoeAnna leads with an emphasis of honesty and transparency, and is a Pat Lencioni fan. She believes that employees are their best at work when they focus on their wellbeing first.

JoeAnna is a graduate of Chapman University, obtained her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation in 2003 & her Chartered Healthcare Consultant (ChHC) in 2013 from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

JoeAnna is also an active member of her community. She has been a past board member of COS Foundation, and the Visalia Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves on the board of directors for Family Services of Tulare County. Being part of her community and helping to make it better are what drives her to volunteer.

JoeAnna is happily married to her husband Jeff and has a daughter, Sydney, who is a senior in high school. She is also a proud Leadership Visalia alum from the class of 2011. One of the most fulfilling aspects of her job is seeing her team succeed and grow in their industry, and she takes great joy in supporting their development.


Rachel Triguiero, Director of Development, Salt + Light Works

Rachel Trigueiro, Salt + Light’s Director of Development, was born and raised in Visalia in a strong and loving community. With a thirst for seeing the world outside of the Central Valley and an adventurous spirit, Rachel spent time living on the East Coast, and once married, in England, China, and Seattle with her husband James. The couple stays busy adventuring and raising their four incredible kids!

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Organizational Innovation, Rachel has a love for creating and marketing projects. Prior to Salt + Light, she spent her time as a busy stay-at-home mom, building small and successful side-hustles, while homeschooling her kids. More recently, she was a freelance writer for local publications and continues using her love for words at Salt + Light overseeing communications, fundraising, donor relations, social media, and connecting with community partners.

Rachel is passionate about seeing people come alive. She says, “To love people the way Jesus truly loved others no matter the life they’ve lived, is the greatest gift. All people should feel like they belong. There’s no other place I’d rather be than here at Salt + Light, shining a light so everyone feels loved. This work has absolutely changed my life and our kids’ lives.”

In her free time, she loves to read, cook, and play in the garden, but most of all, she loves spending it with her family, especially if it’s on a beach.


Sharise Van Dam, Technical Service Manager, Pace International

Sharise Van Dam is a self-proclaimed plant-nerd, lover of baked goods and, according to the DISC assessment model, a “dominant/driver” in life. Her interest in plants turned into a passion, leading her to purse a higher education at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture Science and a minor in Plant Protection Science. After several years in the workforce and obtaining her PCA and QAL licenses, she chose to return to school with a newfound interest in business. She attended Fresno Pacific University and graduated with a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies. She believes her agriculture background and interest in business has helped her successfully lead her team as Technical Services Manager at Pace International, a post-harvest agriculture chemical company in Visalia. She strives to lead with integrity, transparency, determination and believes in focusing on employee strengths to encourage hard work and success. In her free time, Sharise enjoys time with her husband and daughter, volunteering in the community, baking, gardening, and reading.   


Deborah Volosin, Director of Community Engagement, Kaweah Health

Deborah Volosin is the Community Engagement Director for Kaweah Health, a large healthcare system in Tulare County, California.  She is passionate about connecting people and enjoys being a liaison between the community and Kaweah Health.  She oversees several advisory committees and ambassador groups and manages the external events and community partnerships.  She has been with Kaweah Health for 14 years and started her healthcare career in the Kaweah Health Foundation.    She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and oversees Kaweah Health’s property sales, acquisitions, and leases.

Community Involvement has been a priority for Deborah for many years and she values relationship.  She is a past President of Visalia County Center Rotary and is the current District Trainer for Rotary District 5230.  She serves on the Boards of the Visalia Rotary Community Foundation, Visalia Economic Development Council and Legacy Church.  She is an ambassador for multiple chambers of commerce in Tulare County and participates in the Industrial Park Roundtable group.

Deborah resides in Visalia with her husband of 31 years, Nick Volosin, Jr., and enjoys spending time with their two daughters and their families and her new granddaughter.  In her spare time she loves to garden and travel.


Randy Wasnick, CEO-4Creeks Inc., Director-4C Holdings

Randy Wasnick has over 20 years of surveying experience, 17 of which as a licensed surveyor. He is a San Joaquin Valley native, and grew up in Tulare California. From a young age he had worked for his family’s 55 year old dairy construction business. 

After graduating college he was offered a job at Quad Knopf in Visalia, which led to further development and training, obtaining professional licensure.  In 2008, he co-founded 4Creeks, a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company based in Visalia, CA. Late in 2010 he also co-founded 4C Global (4CG) Construction, a general contracting company, also based in Visalia. In recent years, through business and professional experience as a director, CEO and Principal,  he also helped with the creation of Topograph, Sentinel VPS, Artemis Partners, and 4C Holdings.

Mr. Wasnick is actively involved in the community and holds deep ties to the Central Valley. He has participated on the Lindsay High School Advisory Board, assisted Porterville City College with the development of survey-based pathway curriculum, coach/assists his sons various sport teams, and serves on the Visalia Chamber of Commerce board, just to name a few. He really enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out at 1852 Visalia, and classic cars.   


Crystal Williams, President & Owner, Armstrong Community Management

Crystal is the Owner and President of Armstrong Community Management. She has been working in the industry for 24 years. Crystal attended California State University, Fresno where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree. She maintains several designations in the real estate industry, along with her salesperson license. Crystal is an alumni of the Leadership Visalia program, graduating in 2013 and subsequently joining the Steering Committee. She currently serves on the Visalia Chamber Board of Directors, where she also serves on the Executive Committee and is past Board Chairperson. Other past volunteer experience includes serving as a rape crisis counselor for Family Services of Tulare County, serving on Habitat for Humanity’s Birdhouse Auction Committee, and the Paint the Town Pink Committee supporting Kaweah Delta’s Breast Cancer Awareness Tea. Additionally, she formerly served as the President of United Way of Tulare County Board of Directors, where she still serves on the Finance Committee and recently rejoined the Board. Crystal was born and raised in Visalia, where she still resides with her two children.
