How has the Chamber and the Ambassador Program helped you or your business to grow?
The chamber has helped me network tremendously. They have provided many opportunities to meet Visalia’s best and brightest. I am brand new to the community and I am proud to be part of the ambassador program.
Why is it important to employees to get involved in the Visalia Chamber programs and events?
? It’s vital for our growth. For example, many people do not know we are under new ownership. It’s my responsibility to let our community know who we are and that we want to deliver a perfect customer experience. The chamber has definitely given me a great platform to do so.
The best part of working for your company is?
Watching others grow professionally, spiritually and emotionally. Patrick Beck, the owner, is a huge believer in autonomy, among other things and I think giving employees and empowering them to make decisions leads to enormous growth. I am his echo chamber.
